In Lina Pociūtė’s “Tipsy Bear,” a playful, slightly absurd scene unfolds from an unexpected angle — a bear sipping wine becomes a mirror reflecting very human, sometimes amusing behaviour. The composition embraces humour, while its colours and forms create a light-hearted mood that invites a smile.
This is a work for those who appreciate art with a touch of irony — where seriousness gives way to playfulness and an animal scene becomes an opportunity to look at ourselves with humour. The viewer is invited not to take things too seriously and simply enjoy the beauty of the absurd.
